Return and Exchange Policy
We accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged, and free from stains) with all original tags. Returns can be for a refund, store credit, or a one-time exchange and must be made within 14 days of delivery. Shipping, taxes, duties, and return postage fees are not refundable.Once we receive your return shipment, the items will be inspected. Merchandise that does not meet our Return Policy requirements will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned for a refund. Discount codes are an exception to this policy.
Process time of Return and Exchange
For exchanges, please allow up to 7 business days for processing and shipment once we receive your package. You will receive a new tracking number via email once your new item is sent. For returns, refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the return package. You will receive an email confirmation of the refund. Processing times for the refund to appear in your account may vary by bank. Please note, original shipping charges cannot be refunded. Items purchased on sale or at a discount are final and cannot be returned for a refund.
Received the Wrong Item or a Defective Product
If you have received the wrong item, please email me with the item description and I will provide instructions for returning the incorrect product and sending out the correct item.
Defective Product Policy
You have 7 days from receipt to report any issues with the product due to defects in materials or craftsmanship. Depending on the item, it will either be replaced or repaired to ensure quality standards are met.
Tracking Your Package:
All shipments are handled through USPS and include a tracking number. This number will be sent to the email you provided during checkout.

United States: $12.99 to $15.99( This is an estimate rate. This may very on checkout)
Canada and International: $25 to $35 Please note: Additional charges may apply for multiple items due to package weight.
